Our standard minimum age is 25. Drivers aged 21 to 24 may still be able to hire with a young driver surcharge, so please get in touch and we will check for you.
Yes, in most cases. A full UK car licence (category B) lets you drive vans up to 3.5 tonnes, which covers most hire vans. For heavier vans of up to 7.5 tonnes, you need category C1 on your licence. Drivers who passed their test before 1 January 1997 usually have C1 already.
Yes. You can add extra drivers for a small fee, either when you book or later by contacting us. Every driver must meet our age and licence requirements.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. If you cancel within 24 hours of pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply.
Yes, we offer one-way van hire. You can pick the van up in one location and drop it off in another, which is especially useful for long-distance moves.
